Each participant may submit one confidential bid by email or sealed envelope.
Bids must include full name, contact info, and a single monetary offer in euros (€).
The winning bid will be the highest received before the deadline.
In case of equal highest bids, the earliest received bid will win.
Bids are legally binding. No cancellations or bid reductions are accepted.
Payment must be made via bank transfer within 5 business days of notification.
Shipping or pickup will be arranged once payment is confirmed. Costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If no bids meet the minimum internal valuation, the artwork may remain unsold.
